JAK/STAT 信号通路是细胞因子受体信号转导的核心，细胞因子受体是由 30 多种跨膜蛋白组成的超家族，可以识别特定的细胞因子，在血液形成和免疫应答中起关键作用。典型的 JAK/STAT 信号通路始于细胞因子及其相应的跨膜受体的结合。活化的 JAKs 随后磷酸化 STAT 单体，导致其二聚化、核易位和 DNA 结合。在哺乳动物中，有 4 种 JAK (JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, TYK2) 和 7 种 STATs (STAT1, STAT2, STAT3, STAT4, STAT5a, STAT5b, STAT6)。由于 JAK/STAT 通路在细胞凋亡、炎症等过程中起着重要作用，因此该信号通路的功能失调可能导致多种疾病的发生。如，JAK/STAT信号的改变可能导致癌症和免疫系统疾病，如严重综合型免疫缺乏症 (SCID)。

Formulation:

A collection of 424 JAK/STAT related compounds supplied as pre-dissolved Solutions or Solid
Solution: 416 compounds supplied in 10 mM solution, 8 compounds supplied in 2 mM solution.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
