Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody (17A2) is an anti-mouse CD3 IgG2b antibody inhibitor derived from the host Rat. Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody (17A2) enhances T-cell proliferation and activation and stimulate IFN-γ or IL-17 production in splenic T cells. Anti-Mouse CD3 Antibody (17A2) significantly suppresses mortality in Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) mice models[1][2].

Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice[2]
Dosage: 100 and 400 μg
Administration: Intravenously injection
Result: Significantly reduced T cells.
Animal Model: Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) mice models[2]
Dosage: 200 and 400 μg
Administration: Intravenously injection, 20 h after irradiation and 4 h before spleen cells and bone marrow cells transplantation
Result: Suppressed GVHD mortality by about 50% on day 100 posttransplantation and 20% to 40% on day 200.
Prolonged antibody treatment by further injections of 200 μg on days 3,6, and 9 after transplantation led to long-term survivors with 90% to 97% chimerism on days 50 and 100.
Reduced CD4+ cells to about 50% and CD8+ cells to 10% after 50 days.
