NBR1 Antibody (YA5466) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to NBR1. It can be applicated for ICC/IF, IHC-P assays, in the background of human, mouse, rat.
研究背景

NBR1 是一种 ubiquitin-binding autophagy adapter，参与多种过程，包括宿主防御和细胞内稳态。在选择性自噬中具有双重功能：一方面作为 shuttle 将 ubiquitinated proteins 运送至 autophagosomes，另一方面参与 protein aggregates 的形成。在先天免疫应答调控中，NBR1 通过调节 type I interferon 的产生以及靶向 ubiquitinated IRF3 进行自噬降解发挥作用。在氧化应激反应中，NBR1 通过阻止 SQSTM1 的自噬降解，促进其水平升高、磷酸化及 body 形成（by similar）。进而激活 KEAP1-NRF2/NFE2L2 抗氧化通路（by similar）。此外，NBR1 还具有非自噬功能，介导 IL-12 转运至 late endosome 以进行后续分泌（by similar）。
