PR3 Antibody (YA5024) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to PR3. It can be applicated for WB, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

PR3 是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶 (serine protease)，能够降解弹性蛋白 (elastin)、纤连蛋白 (fibronectin)、层粘连蛋白 (laminin)、玻连蛋白 (vitronectin) 以及 I 型、III 型和 IV 型胶原蛋白 (collagen types I，III，and IV)（体外实验）。通过切割并激活受体 F2RL1/PAR-2，PR3 能够增强内皮细胞屏障功能，从而在中性粒细胞跨内皮迁移过程中维持血管完整性。PR3 可能与 CD177 结合参与中性粒细胞跨内皮迁移过程。此外，PR3 通过在与 ADGRG3 相互作用后激活 F2RL1/PAR2 信号通路，触发中性粒细胞中的炎症反应。
