Partial agonist部分激动剂

Partial agonist is an agonist which is unable to induce full activation of a receptor. Partial agonist competitively inhibits the effects of the full agonists, which makes them to act either as a functional agonist or a functional antagonist.

部分激动剂是不能完全诱导受体激活的激动剂。部分激动剂可竞争性地抑制完全激动剂的作用，这使得它们既可以作为功能性激动剂，也可以作为功能性拮抗剂。
