30% H₂O₂
PRDX1 Protein, Mouse (His) (HY-P73713)

Procedure
1. Dilute 30% H₂O₂ to concentrations of 0.3058, 0.1529, 0.076, 0.038, 0.019, 0.0096, 0.0047, and 0 mol/L. Add 100 µL of each concentration to the wells and measure the absorbance at 240 nm.
2. Dilute H₂O₂ to 0.4 mol/L.
3. Dilute Mouse PRDX1 to 166 µg/mL.
4. In a 96-well plate, add 50 µL of 0.4 mol/L hydrogen peroxide and 50 µL Mouse PRDX1.
5. Read the initial absorbance at 240 nm.
6. Incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes and read the absorbance again.
7. Calculate specific activity:
