Animal Model: ApoE-/- mouse model[2]
Dosage: 30-50 mg/kg
Administration: sc, 2 doses, 50 mg/kg at the first week, 30 mg/kg at the second week
Result: Increased lipid deposition in the aortic root, increased the lesion area in the thoracic aorta.
Animal Model: Monoiodoacetate-induced mouse osteoarthritis pain models[3]
Dosage: 4-16 mg/kg
Administration: sc, single dose
Result: Reduced mouse pain behavior.
