Heparinase II is a biochemical reagent that can be used as a biological material or organic compound for life science related research.

产品信息
钙离子会抑制肝素酶 II 活性。肝素酶 II 通过消除机制切割硫酸化多糖链，该多糖链含有 1-4 个连接，连接处为己糖胺和糖醛酸残基（包括艾杜糖醛酸和葡萄糖醛酸残基）。该反应生成含有不饱和糖醛酸的寡糖产物（主要是二糖），可通过 232 nm 的紫外光谱检测。该酶还可切割肝素分子中的抗凝血酶 III 结合五糖结构域。

溶解
可使用 1 mg/mL 溶于水，建议新鲜配制。或根据具体实验参考文献溶解。

反应条件
1. pH 稳定范围 5.0-9.0 ，最适 pH 7.0-7.5
2. 温度稳定范围 20-37℃，最适温度 30℃
注：酶切底物时需要根据实际经验确定孵育时间及酶浓度。
