Protein Deglycosylation Kit(forO-linked Glycans)包含O-Glycosidase及a2-3,6,8,9 Neuraminidase,二者均是重要的糖基化研究的工具酶，组合用 于糖蛋白O-连糖链的酶切释放。O-Glycosidase能够将糖蛋白中Ser或Thr残基的羟基连接的Core1(Gal-β(1-3)-GalNAc-)及Core3(GlcNAc-B(1-3) GalNAc-)0-连双糖释放下来，a2-3,6,8,9 Neuraminidase能够释放0-连糖链非还原末端a(2,3)-,a(2,6),a(2,8)-,a(2,9)-唾液酸残基。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
