Guidelines (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1: 将mgc(3Me)JF549溶解在DMSO中，以获得~3-30 mM的储备液，并在使用前进一步稀释。
2: 将细胞在避光室温条件下，与30 μM的mgc(3Me)JF549溶液孵育10 min。然后用含有3 mg/mL BSA的1 mL DMEM(−)溶液清洗细胞两次，并更换为新鲜的DMEM(−)培养基。
