描述

ATG14 is critical for basal and induced autophagy, determining PI3KC3-C1 localization, helping autophagosome formation and BECN1 translocation. It enhances PIK3C3 activity in a BECN1-dependent manner, which is essential for BECN1 phosphorylation. ATG14 Protein, Human (Myc, His) is the recombinant human-derived ATG14 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-Myc, N-10*His labeled tag. The total length of ATG14 Protein, Human (Myc, His) is 492 a.a., with molecular weight of ~70 kDa.
