CD3 gamma is part of the TCR-CD3 complex on T lymphocytes, promoting TCR-mediated signaling and regulating surface expression. APC-induced TCR activation promotes CD3 gamma as well as CD3D, CD3E, and CD3Z signaling through ITAMs. CD3 gamma Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CD3 gamma protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
