MSH2 protein is a key component of the DNA mismatch repair system, which can recognize and bind DNA mismatches to initiate repair. MSH2 forms heterodimers MutS α and MutS β that target various mismatches. MSH2 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived MSH2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His, N-GST labeled tag.
