GSTA3 Antibody (YA2978) is a non-conjugated IgG antibody, targeting GSTA3, with a predicted molecular weight of 25 kDa (observed band size: 25 kDa). GSTA3 Antibody (YA2978) can be used for WB experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
研究背景

GSTA3 是一种能够将还原型谷胱甘肽 (reduced glutathione) 与多种外源性和内源性疏水性亲电物质结合的酶。它通过催化异构化反应参与类固醇激素 (steroid hormones) 的生物合成，特别是高效催化 delta(5)-androstene-3,17-dione 和 delta(5)-pregnene-3,20-dione 的双键异构化，这两种物质分别是睾酮 (testosterone) 和孕酮 (progesterone) 的前体。此外，GSTA3 对黄曲霉毒素 B1-8,9-环氧化物 (aflatoxin B1-8,9-epoxide) 也表现出显著的活性 (by similar)。
