    Cell density: 90% density during cell transfectionDosage: 10 μg of EGFP protein (1 mg/mL), 1 μL, 2 μL, 3 μL of transfection reagent (HY-K2016)
    Detection scheme: Detect the transfection effect of EGFP green fluorescent protein using a fluorescence microscope 4 h after transfection
    The results showed that different ratios of Protein Transfection Reagent (HY-K2016) showed high transfection efficiency for EGFP protein transfection.

    MCE 蛋白转染试剂是一种用于转染蛋白质、抗体以及多肽的阳离子高分子聚合物，可将蛋白直接递送到细胞内。阳离子高分子转染试剂与蛋白质通过静电、疏水及氢键等非共价相互作用形成的带正电复合物，附着在带负电荷的细胞表面，通过质膜融合或内吞作用进入细胞，与核内体结合后将蛋白释放在细胞质 中，从而实现蛋白质的细胞转染。

     

    MCE 蛋白转染试剂具有如下优点：

    1. 转染效率高：转染后 3-12 小时即可进行检测。对原代细胞和难以转染的细胞也有很高的转染效率

    2. 蛋白活性高：与蛋白非共价结合，递送后的蛋白仍具有较高的生物活性

    • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

      Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
