Manidipine-d₄  (Synonyms: 马尼地平-d₄)

Manidipine-d₄ is the deuterium labeled Manidipine (HY-B0419). Manidipine is an orally active calcium channel antagonist. Manidipine regulates the expression of cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6). Manidipine has a hypotensive effect. Manidipine can be used in the study of cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, ventricular hypertrophy), kidney diseases (such as glomerular diseases), and epilepsy^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8]}.

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
