Nolomirole (CHF 1035) is an orally active and selective DA2 dopaminergic receptor/α2-adrenoceptor agonist. Nolomirole attenuates the heart failure signs in the Monocrotaline (HY-N0750)-induced congestive heart failure model. Nolomirole increases cardiac output[1][2][3][4].

(In Vivo)

Nolomirole (0.25 mg/kg，口服，每日两次，持续 21-25 天) 可缓解 Monocrotaline 诱发的充血性心力衰竭小鼠模型中的心力衰竭症状[4]。

Animal Model: Female rats were given single intraperitoneal injection of Monocrotaline (50 mg/kg) [5].
Dosage: 0.25 mg/kg
Administration: Oral gavage (p.o.), twice a day for 21-25 days after Monocrotaline administration 3 days later, and then evaluated heart hypertrophy and neuroendocrine alterations.
Result: Significantly reduced hypertrophy of right atria (0.29 mg/g) and ventricles (1.62 mg/g), plasma levels of ANP and presence of pleural/peritoneal effusions and norepinephrine depletion of right ventricle (from 3.64 nmol /gww to 5.56 nmol/gww).
