描述

The ROR2 protein is a tyrosine protein kinase receptor that plays a critical role in early chondrocyte formation and is essential for cartilage and growth plate development. Despite minimal tyrosine kinase activity, ROR2 phosphorylates YWHAB, which is associated with osteogenic induction and bone formation. ROR2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived ROR2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. The total length of ROR2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is 370 a.a., with molecular weight of 70-100 kDa.
