Salbutamol (Albuterol) adipate is an orally active short-acting β2-adrenergic receptor agonist. Salbutamol adipate promotes tumorigenesis in gastric cancer cells through the β2-AR/ERK/EMT pathway. Salbutamol adipate can relax bronchial smooth muscle and is used to study bronchospasm induced by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease[1][2].

Dosage: 6 mg/kg
Administration: Oral administration (p.o.); 4 weeks
Result: Enhanced muscle grip strength, coordination, and antioxidant levels.
Reduced proinflammatory markers and oxidative stress.
Reduced serum muscle biomarkers.
Increased testosterone, restored lipidemic levels, and improved muscle cellular architecture.
