Animal Model: Nude mice (gender not specified, age 4 - 6 weeks) inoculated with Panc-1 cells expressing GFP-luciferase to establish an orthotopic pancreatic cancer model[1]
Dosage: 25 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 3 weeks
Result: Reduced tumor growth as demonstrated by decreased luminescence, tumor weight and size.
Had no significant toxicity.
