Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPS) are the basis of genetic diversity and constitute biodiversity together with species diversity and ecosystem diversity. Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPS) refers to the diversity of DNA sequences caused by the variation of a single nucleotide at the genome level. Its main forms are insertion, deletion, mutation and replacement, which are closely related to multifactorial diseases.
