Troponin T is one of three isoforms of Troponin, present in striated muscle of vertebrates and invertebrates. It involvesin the regulatory protein systemthatexerts interactionwith TnC and TnI of the troponin complex and the proteins of the myofibrillar thin filament, tropomyosin and actin.
