Tryptase is one of the main serine-proteinases located in the secretory granules of mast cells, and is released through degranulation, which is involved in the pathogenesis of allergic inflammatory disease, cardiovascular diseases, lung fibrosis and tumor.

类胰蛋白酶是位于肥大细胞分泌颗粒中的主要丝氨酸蛋白酶之一，通过脱颗粒释放，参与过敏性炎症性疾病、心血管疾病、肺纤维化和肿瘤的发病机制。
