Fenoprofen-¹³C₆ sodium hydrate  (Synonyms: 菲诺洛芬 ¹³C₆)

Fenoprofen-¹³C₆ (sodium hydrate) is the ¹³C labeled Fenoprofen (HY-B1456A). Fenoprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID). Fenoprofen can be used to to relieve symptoms of arthritis (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), such as inflammation, swelling, stiffness, and joint pain. Fenoprofen is an allosteric enhancer for melanocortin receptors. Fenoprofen also increases ERK1/2 activation[1][2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
