Henagliflozin  (Synonyms: SHR3824)

Henagliflozin (SHR3824) is a potent selective sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor with the IC₅₀ values of 2.38 and 4324 nM for human SGLT2 and SGLT1, respectively. Henagliflozin can be used in diabetes research^[1].
