Herbimycin A binds to the SH domain and inhibits the activity of p60v-src and p210BCR-ABL Herbimycin A inhibits Hsp90 and impairs recovery from heat shock. Herbimycin A exhibits antiangiogenic activity in endothelial cells in vitro.
