CXCL10 protein acts as a chemotactic factor for monocytes and T-lymphocytes, playing a crucial role in their migration in response to inflammatory signals. Through binding to CXCR3, CXCL10 selectively attracts monocytes and T-lymphocytes, positioning it as a key player in immune responses, contributing to the recruitment and activation of these immune cells in various physiological and pathological contexts. CXCL10 Protein, Cynomolgus (His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived CXCL10 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
