In the rat model, the EPDR1 protein plays a key regulator role by binding to and activating the TIE2 receptor, initiating its tyrosine phosphorylation. This interaction affects processes of endothelial development that are distinct from the effects of VEGF, which mediates interactions between the endothelium and the surrounding matrix and interstitium. EPDR1 Protein, Human (186a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived EPDR1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
