The EPHA5 protein is a multifunctional receptor tyrosine kinase that participates in bidirectional signaling with GPI-anchored ephrin-A ligands (especially EFNA5). EPHA5 exhibits positive signaling, affects axonal guidance during brain development, and promotes synaptic plasticity in the adult brain by regulating synaptogenesis. EPHA5 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived EPHA5 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of EPHA5 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 386 a.a., with molecular weight of 48-55 kDa.
