HTRA1 is a serine protease that targets a variety of proteins, including extracellular matrix proteins such as fibronectin. It induces synovial cells to upregulate MMP1 and MMP3, suggesting a role in extracellular matrix remodeling. HTRA1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived HTRA1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-His labeled tag.
