IL-22R alpha 1 蛋白, Rat (HEK293, Fc)

IL-22R alpha 1 (IL22RA1) Protein is an IL-22 receptor. IL-22R alpha 1 Protein interacts with IL-22 to activate the JAK/STAT cascade thereby inhibits IL-22 mediated promotion of cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis. IL-22R alpha 1 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is expressed by HEK 293 cells and has a transmembrane region (M1-A228) with a Fc tag at the C-terminus^[1].

IL-22R α 1 (IL22RA1) 蛋白是一种单程 I 型膜蛋白。IL-22R α 1 在结肠、肝脏、肺、胰腺和肾脏中表达。IL-22R α 1 主要存在于上皮细胞和某些单核细胞亚群上，在其他免疫细胞上发现非常有限的 IL-22R α 1 表达^[1][2]。
不同物种的IL-22R α 1 的氨基酸序列差异很大（人、大鼠和犬之间的相似性低于85%）。
IL-22R α 1 是重要组成部分高亲和力 IL-22 受体通过 JAK/STAT 途径实现 IL-22 信号传导。IL-22R α 1 是形成的 IL-20 和 IL-24 受体之一的组成部分，并通过 STAT 激活发出信号。IL-22R α 1 介导 IL-24 抗血管生成活性以及 IL24 对内皮细胞管形成和分化的抑制作用^[2][3]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
