IL-32 protein is a member of the cytokine family whose expression increases following T cell activation or IL-2-induced NK cell activation. It plays a key role in inducing macrophages to produce TNFα, which contributes to the inflammatory response. IL-32 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived IL-32 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
