IL1R1 protein is the receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN and forms a high-affinity complex with IL1RAP upon ligand binding. This complex activates NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways, recruiting adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88 and IRAK1 or IRAK2. IL1R1 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His, SUMO, Myc) is the recombinant human-derived IL1R1 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His, C-Myc, N-SUMO labeled tag. The total length of IL1R1 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His, SUMO, Myc) is 552 a.a., with molecular weight of 83.5 kDa.
