The KLC2 protein is a key kinesin-1 complex component that is essential for the generation of microtubule-associated forces and organelle transport. Its light chain facilitates the coupling of cargo to the heavy chain and regulates ATPase activity. KLC2 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived KLC2 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His, N-GST labeled tag.
