LIV-1/SLC39A6 is a zinc influx transporter that regulates zinc homeostasis and induces epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Used in conjunction with SLC39A10, it can promote cellular zinc absorption and trigger EMT. LIV-1/SLC39A6 Protein, Human (Baculovirus, His) is the recombinant human-derived LIV-1/SLC39A6 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-6*His labeled tag.
