MST3/STK24, a serine/threonine-protein kinase, induces apoptosis in response to stress and caspase activation. It mediates oxidative stress-induced cell death by modulating phosphorylation of JNK1-JNK2 and p38 during oxidative stress. Additionally, MST3 plays a role in a caspase-independent apoptotic pathway, regulates Golgi reorientation, and influences cellular migration by altering PTPN12 activity and PXN phosphorylation. It may act as a crucial regulator of axon regeneration in the optic nerve and radial nerve. MST3/STK24 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived MST3/STK24 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
