Noggin 蛋白, Human (CHO)

Noggin Protein, Human (CHO) is an antagonist of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), binds with high affinity to hBMP-4, and with lower affinity to hBMP-7; Noggin Protein is essential for proper skeletal development.

人 Noggin 蛋白在去除信号序列（残基 1-27）后有 205 个氨基酸（残基 28-232），并作为糖基化、共价连接的同二聚体分泌，与 hBMP-4 结合具有高亲和力，与 hBMP-4 结合具有较低亲和力。hBMP-7 并作为骨形态发生蛋白 (BMP) 的拮抗剂^[1]。Noggin 对于骨骼的正常发育至关重要；Noggin 无效突变体中过多的 BMP 活性会导致软骨过多并无法启动关节形成^[2]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
