NPY2R, the neuropeptide Y (NPY) and peptide YY (PYY) receptors, exhibit different affinities for pancreatic peptides. Preferences in descending order include PYY > NPY > PYY (3-36) > NPY (2-36) > [Ile-31, Gln-34] PP > [Leu-31, Pro-34] NPY > PP, [ Pro -34] PYY and NPY free acids. NPY2R Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived NPY2R protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.
