OSMR beta 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

The OSMR beta Protein, in partnership with IL31RA, constitutes the IL31 receptor, binding IL31 to activate STAT3, and potentially STAT1 and STAT5. OSMR beta also transduces OSM-specific signaling. It forms a heterodimer with IL6ST, creating the type II OSM receptor, and another heterodimer with IL31RA for the IL31 receptor. OSMR beta Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived OSMR beta protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag. The total length of OSMR beta Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 714 a.a., with molecular weight of 115-140 kDa.
