P2RY12 Protein, a receptor for adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP), inhibits the adenylyl cyclase second messenger system via G-proteins. Unlike uridine diphosphate (UDP) and uridine triphosphate (UTP), P2RY12 crucially regulates platelet aggregation and blood coagulation, serving as a key regulator in these physiological processes. P2RY12 Protein, Human (Cell-Free, His) is the recombinant human-derived P2RY12 protein, expressed by E. coli Cell-free , with N-10*His labeled tag.
