TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR protein is a phosphatidylserine receptor that plays a crucial regulatory role in regulatory B cells, affecting their generation, expansion and inhibitory functions. It acts as a ligand for P-selectin/SELPLG and controls activated T cell trafficking during inflammatory responses. TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR Protein, Rat (HEK293, His-Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived TIM-1/KIM-1/HAVCR protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-hFc, C-His labeled tag.
