使用方法 1) 取 1 μg 糖蛋白或者 100 nM 寡糖样品，加纯化水至反应体系为9μL。
2) 加入 1 μL 反应buffer (推荐 50 mM CaCl2, 500 mM sodium acetate, pH 5.5 at 25℃)，使反应总体积为 10 μL。
3) 加入 1 μL β1-4 Galactosidase，轻柔混匀。
4) 37℃ 条件下反应 1 小时。
