c-Met-IN-23 (Compound 12g) is a c-Met inhibitor (IC50 = 0.052 μM for c-Met). c-Met-IN-23 also inhibits MDR1 and MRP1/2 pumps in the cancerous HepG2 and BxPC3 cells. c-Met-IN-23 is an anticancer agent[1].

c-Met-IN-23 (72 h) 抑制 HGF 诱导的细胞增殖，对 HT29、HepG2、MCF7、MDA-MB-231 的 IC50s 分别为 12.4、3.06、19.30、16.85 µM[1]。
c-Met-IN-23 (0.3-150 µM，30 分钟) 可阻断 HepG2 和 BxPC3 细胞中的 P-gp 和 MRP1/2 泵[1]。
c-Met-IN-23 (3 µM，24 小时) 可增加 HepG2 和 BxPC3 细胞中 P-gp 的表达，以及 BxPC3 细胞中 MRP1 和 MRP2 的表达，并抑制 HepG2 细胞中 P-gp 介导的外流[1]。
