TGF beta 1/TGFB1 Protein, Mouse/Rat (HEK293), is a recombinant cytokine produced in HEK293 cells, is implicated as a key regulator of the development and cyclic remodelling characteristic of reproductive tissues^[1][2].

TGFB1（转化生长因子β1）是一种有效的细胞因子，在发育、纤维化和癌症中发挥驱动作用。它被合成为前结构域-生长因子复合物，需要与 LTBP（潜在转化生长因子 β 结合蛋白）结合才能有效分泌到细胞外空间。释放后，这种大型潜在复合物通过锚定到细胞外基质 (ECM) 网络而被隔离，成熟的生长因子需要从该网络被激活才能到达其受体并启动信号传导^[2]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
