描述

USP14, a proteasome-associated deubiquitinase, regulates ubiquitin dynamics by releasing it from proteins marked for degradation. As a reversible proteasome subunit, USP14 ensures ubiquitin replenishment. Beyond proteasomal protein turnover, it degrades CXCR4 for cell chemotaxis and inhibits ERAD under non-stressed conditions. USP14 also aids synaptic development at NMJs and stabilizes CGAS for antiviral defense, revealing its multifaceted role in cellular processes. USP14 Protein, Human (N-His) is the recombinant human-derived USP14 protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of USP14 Protein, Human (N-His) is 494 a.a., with molecular weight of ~60 kDa.
