Ulevostinag (MK-1454) is a potent cyclic dinucleotide agonist stimulator of interferon genes (STING). Ulevostinag (MK-1454) acts in the intra-tumoral route by targeting the stimulator of interferon genes (STING) protein. Ulevostinag (MK-1454) can be used for immuno-tumor cancer disease research[1].

(In Vivo)

Ulevostinag (MK-1454) (5 μg, 20 μg, 瘤内注射) 可以激活 MC38 注射肿瘤的肿瘤特异性免疫反应，并抑制未治疗的远端肿瘤生长[1]。
Ulevostinag (MK-1454) (4 μg, 在第 0, 3 和 7天进行瘤内注射) 使 MC38 和 B16F10 肿瘤小鼠模型的肿瘤完全消退，并增强抗 PD1 治疗的效果[1]。

Animal Model: MC38 colon adenocarcinoma tumor-bearing mice[1]
Dosage: 5 μg, 20 μg
Administration: intratumorally
Result: Regressed the injected (right) tumors and was detected in injected and noninjected tumors as well as plasma when dosed at 20 μg.
Elevated IFN-β and proinflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α in injected tumors.
Animal Model: MC38 and B16F10 tumor mice model[1]
Dosage: 4 μg
Administration: intratumorally
Result: Improved tumor growth inhibition with 7 CRs out of 10 mice over 28 days.
