生物活性

Atractylodin (Atractydin) is an orally active active ingredient obtained from the rhizome of Atractylodes lancea and A. chinensis. Atractylodin is a natural insecticide. Atractylodin has anti-inflammatory activity[1][2][3].

(In Vitro)

Atractylodin (50 μM, 48 h) 能显著抑制 HCT116 细胞中肿瘤坏死因子-α-诱导的活化 B 核因子 -κ-轻链增强子磷酸化[2]。
Atractylodin (10, 20, 40 μM, 24 h) 通过抑制肝细胞铁下垂来减轻 HFD 诱导的 NAFLD[3]。

Atractylodin (20, 40, 80 mg/kg, 灌胃) 减轻了高脂肪饮食 (HFD) 诱导的小鼠 NAFLD 和棕榈酸 (PA) 诱导的 HepG2 细胞氧化应激[3]。
