生物活性

Lumichrome, a photodegradation product of Riboflavin, is an endogenous compound in humans. Lumichrome inhibits human lung cancer cell growth and induces apoptosis via a p53-dependent mechanism. Lumichrom is the inhibitor for AKT/β-catenin signaling pathway[1][2].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Lumichrome (0-100 μM, 24 h) 在癌细胞 H292、A549 和 H460 中表现出细胞毒性 (IC50 分别为 38、54 和 79 μM)，诱导细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)，并抑制集落形成[2]。
