Complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) is the cytotoxic effect of complement, which activates the classical complement pathway by binding specific antibodies (IgG and IgM) to the corresponding antigens on the cell membrane surface, and the membrane attack complex (MAC) formed will exert lytic effect on the target cells (cancer cells).

补体依赖的细胞毒性 (CDC)，指补体参与的细胞毒作用，其通过特异性抗体 (IgG 和 IgM) 与细胞膜表面相应抗原结合，而激活补体经典途径，所形成的膜攻击复合物 (MAC) 将对靶细胞 (癌细胞) 发挥裂解效应。
