Fc-gamma Receptor  

Fc-gamma受体 (FcγRs) 是免疫球蛋白G (IgG) Fc区域的经典受体,参与多种先天性和适应性免疫应答,包括介导白细胞对抗原的特异性识别。基于它们的结构、功能和与IgG结合的亲和力,人类 FcγRs被分为三大类:FcγRI/CD64、FcγRII (FcγRIIa/CD32a、FcγRIIb/CD32b和FcγRIIc/CD32c) 和FcγRIII (FcγRIIIa/CD16a和FcγRIIIb/CD16b)。其中,FcγRI、FcγRIIa和FcγRIIIa为激活受体,FcγRIIb为抑制性受体。此外,IgG 非经典受体包括两个与FcγRI同源的FcR 样受体——FcRL4/CD307d和FcRL5/CD307e,以及受体hFcRn和hTRIM21。在小鼠中,有一种独特的激活FcγR,命名为FcγRIV,在单核细胞、巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞上表达。

The Fc-gamma receptors (FcγRs) are classical receptors for the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG), and are involved in a multitude of innate and adaptive immune responses, including mediating the specific recognition of antigens by leucocytes. Based on their structure, function, and affinity for IgG binding, FcγRs are divided into three major groups in humans: FcγRI/CD64, FcγRII (FcγRIIa/CD32a, FcγRIIb/CD32b and FcγRIIc/CD32c) and FcγRIII (FcγRIIIa/CD16a and FcγRIIIb/CD16b). Among them, FcγRI, FcγRIIa, and FcγRIIIa are activating receptors, FcγRIIb is an inhibitory receptor. In addition, non-classical receptors for IgG include two FcR-like receptors, FcRL4/CD307d and FcRL5/CD307e that are homologous to FcγRI, and the receptors hFcRn and hTRIM21. In mice, there is a unique activating FcγR, named FcγRIV, expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils.
